Green Kashmiri Raisin
Green Kashmiri Raisin is cultivated in the same way as the Golden Kashmiri Raisin, with on difference, it is left out in the shade away from direct natural sunlight and will gain different shades of green due to the amount of time spent there. Once again, it's name is derived form its country of origin.
Indian Raisin
They are small and sweetly flavored with a wrinkled texture. Indian Raisins are offered in different size and colors. They have a flavor related to the grapes from which they are prepared, but the drying process which creates them concentrates the amount of sugar making them taste much sweet
Iran Raisin
Kashmar raisins, also known as long raisins are produced from seedles grapes that are local Iranian type. This kind is famous for its special sweet and sour taste and its long length shape. Long raisin like golden raisins are made using sulfur fumigation process and shade dried so they are golden amber in color.
